So its the first day of my Cambridge diet and im off to work for a 10 hour shift on 3 hours sleep and very little calories oh dear!
But anyway, i chose my 3 ‘meals’ for today: peanut bar, strawberry shake and vegetable soup.
I’ve had the peanut bar for breakfast just now so hopefully it will last me until 1pm eek! Probably not! Will have to guzzle water!
Determined to drop some serious pounds and get into a dress i have!!
